La Casa de Salud (LCDS) is a network of community health centers committed to improving health outcomes in underserved communities by increasing access to integrated primary care & behavioral health services.

With several convenient locations across New York City, our Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) provide a robust array of services for patients of all ages, including Primary and Preventive Care; Pediatric Health Care; Women’s Health; Dental Care; Chronic Disease and Pain Management, and much more.

Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) provide services to 30 million+ people annually across the United States and play a critical role in the health and safety of our communities by reducing rates of chronic diseases, while lowering health care costs to the tune of $24 billion a year and stimulating local economies.

Accessibility

We make healthcare accessible to all, regardless of insurance or immigration status. We accept most insurance plans, as well as Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care plans. If you do not have insurance, you may qualify for our Sliding Fee Scale Program based on your income.

Our Accessibility

Providing a Public Service

Our bilingual primary health care centers serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We accept various types of public insurances such as Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care plans and private commercial plans. If you do not have insurance, you may qualify for our Sliding Fee Scale Program based on your income and family size. Through our sliding fee scale program, we offer financial discounts to low-income and uninsured patients. Sliding fee patients may also receive discounts on prescriptions drugs and help through our Pharmacy Assistance Program.

La Casa de Salud health centers are Federally Qualified Health Centers and are deemed a Public Service. Employees are covered under section 224(q) of the Federal Torts Claim Act (FTCA).
